My Blog

Being a surfcaster back in the 80's I purchased a 4 Wheel drive vehicle, Joined the Long Island Beach Buggy Association & Montauk Surfcasters. As a welder by trade I designed  and fabricated a rod rack to carry my one piece Lamiglass fishing rods on top of my truck. It wasn't long when other surfcasters wanted me to outfit their rigs as well. Started the business in 87 and worked at it until an opportunity came to work for a major LI company. In 2015 I formed
